We offer 14 day free returns , with the return window beginning on the day the order is delivered.

All types of jewellery require regular cleaning and care to remain in the best condition - including solid gold and solid silver pieces.

Our gold vermeil items are highly water resistant, though to keep these pieces in long-lasting condition, refrain from prolonged water contact (such as showering with them daily). In particular, avoid salt water and soap. If salt water or soap come in to contact with your pieces, submerge them in warm water to neutralise the corrosive agents. For gold plated on stainless steel items, try to avoid water exposure as this will accelerate the colour dulling process. Sweat has corrosive properties on your jewellery as well, so ensure that your pieces are removed prior to working out.

Keep your items out of sun and water, when they are not worn. Our custom pouches are designed to store your pieces and keep them safe.
