MEASURE A RING OF YOUR OWN
1. Select an existing ring that you already own for the finger you wish to wear it on.
2. Measure the internal diameter of the ring (in mm).
3. Use the below chart to determine your ring size.

MEASURE YOUR FINGER
1. Cut a strip of paper and wrap it around your desired finger.
2. Make sure the paper is tight around your finger for the most accurate measurement.
3. Use a pencil and mark the paper where the paper meets and measure the distance in mm.
4. Use the chart below to find your ring size.
