Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS:

If there is a product defect or you are unsatisfied with your order, we will happily offer you a return on your purchase. This excludes earrings, as they are subject to hygiene exceptions. So please choose carefully.

Items must be returned in unworn and new condition, in their original packaging. Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process (make sure you have a tracking number) will not be accepted and are at the responsibility of the customer. Once the return product has arrived to our studio, we will endeavour to inspect and process the refund within 48 hours.

EXCHANGES:

If you need to exchange your purchase for another size or item, please state your request on the exchange/returns form. Once we receive the request, please allow up to 5 business days for your return request to be processed and we will confirm your return to us. Exchanges are subject to availability of other goods and sizes.

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for any exchanges, but we will provide the exchanged item free of charge. This is subject to price differences if alternative goods are ordered.

If you require your item urgently we recommend repurchasing to avoid missing out on stock, and so you receive your item sooner. 

We cannot process nor deliver orders on public holidays. In these instances, please anticipate that your order will be processed within the next business day.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?

For orders delivered within Australia, we will accept returns and exchanges purchased online within 30 days from date of receipt or if goods are faulty. Please return item as per below:

1. Contact hello@fromkinori.com and we will send you our returns form.

2. Re-pack your items in it's original box with all packaging (exactly as you received them). 

3. Please send back to the following address:

For orders delivered outside of Australia where the product may be faulty or we have not delivered what you ordered, please contact our Customer Service team via email at hello@fromkinori.com where you will be advised of the return process. 

It is advised you keep a tracking reference for your parcel, so you know when it has been delivered to From Kinori.

WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING RETURNS?

Exchanges:

Purchaser pays the cost of return charges to From Kinori, however From Kinori will pay for postage on any exchange postage back to the customer as a goodwill gesture.

Faulty Product:

Customers will initially be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any faulty products, however this amount will be refunded to your account once the product has been received and assessed. Please ensure you provide a delivery receipt with any charges to ensure your refund can be processed. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?

Once your items have been received by From Kinori please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your account. The retrieval of your refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to process the refund.
